Don't Unless You Have Been Paid In Full and the Funds in your account have been cleared! Scammers tried gaining bulk wine supplies from NZ growers last year!
Just the fact that you don't know the shipping process, shows that you are potentially an EASY TARGET!
Normally I'd think this was a scam as well, but I know a company who just sent 2 containers of wine to Nigeria (in the $2 per bottle range there is a large market).
Anyway, not sure about Spanish wine laws as I'm USA based, but given the amount of regulations in reward to wine....if you have to ask here, you aren't permitted.
Every country has a permit process for wine sales, most take 6 months or longer.
