Garden Delite Pasta Salad

My kids are also great cooks for I have made some of their recipes too. I usually cook the meals during the week and my daughter Barbara cooks on the weekend. Her recipe is called Garden Delite Pasta Salad.

Prep time: 30 min
Cook time: 30 min
Ready in: 1 hour
Yields: 12


  • 1 box of Rotini colored spiral pasta
  • 1 green pepper- diced
  • 1 yellow pepper-diced
  • 1 red pepper-diced
  • 1/2 cup onion-diced
  • 4 -5 bread and butter pickles-diced
  • 1 cup sharp cheese-diced
  • 1 small can of black olives-diced
  • 2 -3 stalks of celery-diced
  • 1 cucumber-diced
  • 1 package of small cherry tomatoes-chopped
  • 1 1/2 lengths of kielbasa-diced in quarters
  • 1 to 2 bottles of Italian Dressing depending on how much of the pasta salad that you make.
  • Salt and Pepper at your own taste.


  1. Boil Rotini Pasta and Drain and set aside.
  2. Dice all the vegetables and put them in a mixing bowl or serving bowl that you going to use for the Pasta Salad.
  3. Add Salt and Pepper For Taste.
  4. Put Rotini Pasta in Serving Bowl with vegetables and mix in the Italian Dressing.

      Beryl , what an Beryl , what an amazing repice, I followed your directions to the T and it was amazing my wife and 2 children 3 & 5 yrs old all ate it up. AMAZING , That night the kids slept wit my wife & I because they do that some nights and all 4 of us were in our king size bed and Laughing because those beans gave us some wonderful anal artillary.       I like the idea of using kielbasa (I usually use pepperoni). This pasta salad looks and sounds delicious!
