Black Garlic

I found out from mom that my favorite 'spice' to use has a darker side.

There indeed is Black Garlic! While researching I also found there's black garlic chocolate (like Lindt has Chilli pepper chocolate and other odd mixes.) So that's my 2 favorite things mixed together and I am interested in trying this. (But I have no idea where in my area to find it.)

Anyway this type of garlic has more antioxidants and vitamin C than regular garlic!! The fermentation process is natural they do not use preservatives so what more could you ask for? basically if your one of the people that do not like reagular garlic or at least the burping, bad odor and so forth, then you will love the black garlic as it has none of those effects. It also has that compound in it that prevents cancer.

Frankly I think I'd rather just purchase some but that's just me, who has the time in this day & age to make their own.

I also thought to include some recipes (I sadly do not have my own yet, but I can tell ya now there will probably be plenty on Pizza & pasta. heck I might even try making black garlic powder if I ever get my hands on some.)
