Halloween Desserts--Pumpkin Cookies
The look of them when baked
Want to try a delicious cookie for the upcoming Halloween or any holiday season?
My mother passed away it will be four years on the twenty-second of October. She was a very loving and caring woman and mother. She never asked much from us kids but love and respect. We had both for her. I just wanted to share one of her favorite recipes with you all and hopefully you get as much enjoyment out of it as we did when us kids were helping her making this recipe!
I remember when I was younger, and my mother making this cookie for Christmas!! BUT I figured since it was close to Halloween and pumpkin is usually the theme for Halloween why not share the recipe with you all!! Hope you enjoy this hubpage and put the recipe into action!
Why just save them for two of the major holidays!! Make them all year round. Thanksgiving is a great time to make them as well!

Get all your ingredients, utensils, and mixing bowls together before starting the recipe.

You may also subsitiute the walnuts or raisins for chocolate chips if you would like or just leave them out altogether!!
Final thoughts
If you like this recipe please certainly share this hub as I believe if you give it a try there will be no going back to any other kind of pumpkin cookie out there. I hope you have enjoyed reading the recipe and put it to good use. THIS is one of my ALL-TIME favorite cookies. Thanks so much again and happy baking and eating!
