BRANDIED BLUE CHEESE BUTTER LOG

Whether an outdoor gathering or an evening affair, I find this to be an easy, satisfying appetizer. Let me know if you find this to be a new favorite..........so go ahead, try it, you'll like it!

You Will Need:

1/2 cup Land O'Lakes sweet cream butter, softened

8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

2 tablespoons diced celery

2 tablespoons brandy ~~~ or ~~~ 1/2 teaspoon brandy extract and 1 1/2 teaspoons water

1/8 teaspoons salt

1/8 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon pepper

3/4 cup chopped pecans

The Best Part:

Mix all ingredients, except for pecans. Chill until firm. Roll into log. Roll the log into pecans. Serve with a plain, unflavored cracker.
