Ice cream cupcake are such fun to make! And ice cream cone cupcakes the most fun of all. All you need is a great cupcake recipe in an ice-cream style flavor, such as vanilla or chocolate, or something more adventurous like fudge brownie or mint choc chip, and some cones! To make your cupcake look really effective you'll also need to make some white or colored frosting, depending on your flavor, and pipe it on the top to look like a 99 cone!
Alternatively, you can use plain cupcakes in vanilla or chocolate and create the flavor with the frosting.
Finally, stick a Cadbury's Flake in it or cover it in chocolate sprinkles, hundreds and thousands, or a sticky ice-cream sauce!
