Every year, the school kids would come to the library looking for a recipe (an easy one) that they could make for school. They were assigned a country and sometimes it was hard to find a recipe with few, and inexpensive ingredients that was easy enough for a child to make.

Butter chicken and Gulab Jamun (indian cuisine), Chevre chaud and tartiflette (French cuisine), sushi, south american chocolate chicken (I haven't a decent one since I moved to France, I need to cook my own)
