Kimchi dog
My dad likes his hot dogs he also likes that putrid smelling Kimchi (why must it have my name in it though?) What is Kimchi you ask? In short it is a Koren side dish of fermented cabbage and other vegetables.
One night he had this I actually literally put a clothespin on my nose, then when that started to hurt I went & got an ace bandage & wrapped it around my face over my nose so I wouldn't have to smell it!
So here's the deal... if you are a daring person, I challenege you to have a try & let me know what you think of my dad's go to snack

Ingredients
- Hotdog or sausage
- bun
- kimshi
Instructions
- Grill, fry, broil, steam your hotdog or sausage
- my dad puts some shredded cheese (cheddar i think) on the bun so whatever kind is your fave
- take 2-3 tablespoons of kimshi & put on a small plate microwave for 20 seconds (optional)
- spread on top of hot dog/sausage
- enjoy
I don't know how spicy the one is dad gets but I know he likes spicy food so it could be quite a bit I'm sure. He gets his in a jar though.
