How to make deviled eggs, super easy!
Deviled eggs are a delicious and great looking appetizer for any party, and the best part is they are incredibly easy to make! This is a base recipe, so feel free to add your own twist. Add parsley, olives, pimentos, relish... whatever you think will taste good.
Equipment
small mixing bowl
fork
1/3 measuring cup
measuring teaspoon
knife
plate
piping bag with star tip, optional
Ingredients
7 hard boiled eggs, shelled
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoon mustard
pinch salt
paprika, optional

Start by cutting all your eggs in half lengthwise. Empty the yolks into your bowl and lay the halves hole side up on your plate.
Lightly mash the yolks with a fork.
Add the mayonnaise, mustard and salt. Mash and mix together until smooth (-ish, there will still be small lumps)
Either pipe or spoon your filling into holes of the egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve
