Fudge, a Tasty Treat

Fudge is a Tasty Treat that is easy to make and doesn't necessarily require a lot of ingredients to produce.

I enjoy fudge, its so soft, sweet and tasty, it just melts in your mouth, don't you enjoy it too?

I have included a couple of recipes here, simple ones that can be used for making delicious fudge. Not many ingredients are needed for these easy recipes either.

Perhaps you have a sweet tooth like me and enjoy cakes, sweets, fudge, desserts?

There's nothing like indulging in some fudge now and then; its sweet, smooth taste is hard to resist.

An Easy Fudge Recipe You Can Use

Here is an easy fudge recipe that I have used on occasion:

Ingredients:

250g Margarine

1 Tin of Condensed Milk

2 Cups of Sugar

Extra ingredients such as cocoa can be added to enhance the taste.

Cooking Method:

First heat the margarine in a pan so that it melts

Add your sugar and stir the ingredients until the sugar has dissolved

Next pour in your condensed milk, stir the ingredients and allow it to boil but then lower the heat

Stir the mixture for approximately 20 minutes

Pour it into a baking tray and allow for setting

Cut into squares ready for eating

Enjoy your delicious fudge with family and friends, try not to gobble it all up yourself.

Chocolate Fudge

Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Another tasty fudge treat is one that has chocolate in it.

Here is an easy recipe for making Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

300g Dark Chocolate

1 Can of Condensed Milk (the sweetened variety)

A Smidgen of Vanilla Extract

Cooking Method:

Put broken-up pieces of chocolate into a bowl, add the condensed milk; heat the two ingredients together thus melting the chocolate

Stir the mixture until it has a smooth consistency

Keep stirring and add the vanilla extract

Pour the mixture into a pan coated with vegetable oil

Allow the fudge to set and cut into square pieces

Enjoy your homemade chocolate fudge!

Try different varieties of fudge-making by adding nuts or other tasty ingredients.

Peanut Butter fudge is also tasty.

You can break up pieces of fudge and add it to your favourite dessert.

I sometimes buy small packets of fudge which is normally also home-made, when I don't have time to make it myself.
