Malai paneer

Yields: Serves 4 people

Malai Paneer Ingredients

  • 2 Mid Size Onion, Vertical slices
  • Green Chilli
  • 1 Clove
  • 1/2 Black Cardemon
  • 1 Dal Cheeni
  • 1tsp Cumin seed
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Milk Cream (Malai)
  • 100 gms Paneer/ Tofu, 1 inch pieces
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste

Malai Paneer Instructions

  1. Fry onion till it gets brown. Let it cool.
  2. Then take fried onion,ginger and garlic paste, green chilli, clove, cardamom, dalcheeni, jeera, tomatoes in a grinder and grind it.
  3. Now take this mixture in a pan, put turmeric powder, coriander powder, Red chilli powder, Salt and cook till it changes its colour.
  4. Now add Malai (Cream) and cook for around 5 min and then add Paneer and cook it for another 5 mins. Its ready to serve.
