Ingredients:
1 8oz. cream cheese (soften at room temperature).
1 pd.grade A butter (soft).
3 cups sugar
3 cup sifted cake flour
6 eggs
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 toasted coconut
Directions to prepare:
Mix cream cheese & butter together, alternate 1 cup sugar, 1 cup cake flour and 2 eggs. Mix and alternate ingredients until sugar, flour and eggs are all mixed together by hand. Then add : 2 tsp. vanilla extract. Blend all ingredients with spoon by hand. Add: pecans pieces, chocolate chips, and coconut, mix well with spoon. oil bundt pan and flour it, pour in batter and put in cold oven. turn oven on at 250 degrees cook for 30 minutes then turn oven up to 350 degrees and cook cake for 45 to 55 minutes or until done. Let cool and turn onto a cake plate.
