101 Popcicle Recipes
To get you through the dog days of summer! (bear with me I'm adding them as I go in 2011)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 10 oz strawberries
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 bottle smucher's magic shell chocolate topping
Instructions
- Boil sugar and water, then simmer for five minutes.
- Let cool.
- Puree sugar and water syrup, strawberries, yogurt and lemonj juice.
- Put mixture into molds and let freeze for several hours.
- Then remove pops and dip into chocolate dipping one at a time as you eat.
