Smoked Eggs - these Taste Like I Smoked Them
I doubled the number of eggs, and doubled the brine.
I used 12 eggs, 2 cups of water, 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons liquid smoke, and 2 teaspoons sugar.

- 6 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
For the brine - Boil and pour over eggs:
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons liquid amoke
- 1 teaspoon sugar
