Wilton Ultimate Cake Decorating Kit With a see-through Tool Case is good for Beginners and Professionals alike. It has just about everything you could possibly need in this kit.

Cake Decorating is Fun and Saves Money on Special Occasion Cakes Because You Will be Able to Make Them Instead of Buying Them

My Mom took a cake decorating course at a local, Northeast Ohio shop called Sugar Showcase back in the 1970's. She learned so much and loved to experiment with different techniques on her own as well.

She then made wedding cakes for so many people and folks loved her work! She made the wedding cakes for both my brother's and my weddings. Big, intricate, fancy cakes and so yummy too.

You don't have to want to design and make wedding cakes to want this kit !

You could use it and become the party cake go to person, cookie designer or a cupcake design master and start your own business if you like.

But, best of all, you could get this Wilton kit to learn to make tasty and pretty goodies just for your family and friends. This would be a wonderful way to spend time with your friends and the kids too. You and your friends could practice your technique while letting the kids use the decorating supplies to jazz up their own cookies and cupcakes... and then all of you get to eat your work which is always fun.

You wont have to take a class as you can learn from online videos, and there are some instructions with this kit, but you still could if you want as it would be so much fun to share ideas and chat with other folks who want to learn too.

Here's some of what comes in this 263 piece decorating kit:

Several different decorating tips for making all sorts of flowers like sweet peas and roses, petals, leaves, stars, basket weave, lines... *Make sure you use your Practice Board to get the hang of making these before you try and decorate a cake or you probably wont like the results.

A set that's great for beginners who want to build their skills or the seasoned decorator.

The Wilton Ultimate Decorating Tool set includes: 9 in. and 13 in. angled spatulas, 9 in. and 11 in. straight spatulas, 18 Decorating Tips (Round 1, 3, 6, 12; Star 1M, 14, 18, 32; Petal 59s, 104, 150; Leaf 68, 352; Drop Flower 2D, 131; Bismarck 230; Specialty 233; basket-weave 47), 6 silicone tip covers, dishwasher tip tray, tip brush, practice board with stand and patterns, 50-12 in. disposable decorating bags, 12-16 in. disposable decorating bags, 12 bag ties, 4 standard couplers, 2 lily nail sets (2 pieces each), 2 flower nail templates (4 pieces each), 50 pre-cut icing flower squares, flower lifter, 6 foil squares, 4 flower nails, icing comb, 2 Bake-Even Strips, dusting pouch, fondant smoother, 3 decorating brushes, round cut-outs set (3 pieces), mini geometric cut-outs with impression mats (7 pieces), daisy cut-outs set (4 pieces), straight scallop cutter, rose bouquet cutter set (5 pieces), ball tool, veining tool, thick and thin modeling tools, thick and thin fondant shaping foam, 28 foam decorating wedges, flexible flower impression mat, 2 wave flower forms, 6 flower forming cups, baroque fondant mold and a parchment roll. Cake and Cupcake Decorating Extras That are Good to Have on Hand to Be Ready to Go

Since you will have some extra room in this Wilton decorating kit carrier case, look for other flower; leaf; piping and star shaped icing tips; more icing colors to mix and match; support dowel pins and pillars for making tiered cakes; a fountain and/or a bridge set-up is always so pretty; and for some other fun to try do-dads to add to your decorating set to give you a little more flexibility with your dessert decorating.

Maybe find a friend who is also interested in this. My Mom and her friend Marie were known all over this area in the 70's/80's for their fabulous cakes ! They each bought different accessories (fountains/bridges/lights...) and would share them so between them, they had just about everything that you could image to make wonderful wedding cakes. The two helped also each other whenever one of them had a big order to make.

Remember, having extra icing bags; parchment paper and cooling racks on hand is also very important as you never know when you might want to whip up a pretty cake or make some fancy cupcakes or cookies.
