A Possible Series of Riddles #9
Rules
Please respect them:
1. One guess per person at a time, when I respond to you that is your cue to answer again or bask in your winning of the riddle.
2. Reading through the comments is cheating! Don't ruin it for yourself and others!
What Am I?
What you see today isn't me,
I've stayed the same can't you see?
Upon my back I've carried glee,
But equally have I carried thee.
Not enough to sit and stare,
Looking for change that isn't there.
Look for lessons if you dare,
Dwell for learning if you care.
I hold your mom and your dad,
I hold that which makes you sad.
I hold all that makes life bad,
But equally so all that's rad.
I can be a where or even when,
Could be a kiss shared in a glen.
Every action turns to me once again,
For what is now if not also then?
You can run all you want,
I'll be there to stay and taunt.
Perhaps I'm something you will flaunt,
Build reputation that can daunt.
Been a While
My first riddle in what seems like a while. The blaze that has been roaring within me for the past few days seems to be dying down, and riddles are always easy to fall back on. Hopefully this one is as easy as I hoped it would be, but that is up for my solvers to determine!
