If you want to collect all the collectibles in Far Cry 3, you need either buy all the maps in-game (instead of weapons upgrades!) and search for cave entrances and hidden grottos, as the route to many Far Cry 3 collectibles is not as easy as simply going to the icon on the map -- or -- follow the Far Cry 3 collectibles guides which shall be fleshed with more and more content as the hours and days pass!

Upon gathering all 20 letters you'll receive the Dead Letters acheievement; upon gathering all 20 memory cards you'll receive the Memory to Spare achievement and upon gathering 60 of the 120 relics, you'll receive the Archaeology 101 achievement!
