Injustice 2: The Sequel to Hit Game Injustice
Injustice 2 is set in a DC world, in which players can fight with or against their favourite DC comics players. The game promises to have a large selection of characters to fight from, including the likes of Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Supergirl and many, many more fan favourites. In total players should be able to choose from 38 characters to defeat, or conquer with. 6 of these characters have to be unlocked and currently are unknown who they are.
The games storyline has a lot to sell, if the developers want it to be anywhere as near as good as the prequels. Batman and his allies must build society back together, but the struggle is against those who want to restore Superman's former glory. Within the titanic clash of the two sides, a new threat appears which promises to put the whole of earths existence at risk.
The game its self is obviously a huge fighting game, and if 'Injustice: Gods Among Us' showed us anything, it showed us that Neatherrealm Studios knows how to make an epic story. As well as this Injustice 2 promises to continue to carry on the sequels epic showdowns which many fans of the franchise desperately wanted to see.
What does injustice 2 have that Injustice: Gods Among Us didn't
As previously mentioned, Injustice 2 has a huge new roster of characters, which sees old fan favourites battle against newly introduced characters in the DC world such as Deadshot for example. The misshapen battle between Deadshot and Batman, for example, gives players something new and exciting to look forward to.
Players can now also look forward to adding personal touches to their favourite characters by earning gear through the game, which whilst making it completely hectic, adds an additional edge to the game. As well as this players can personalize how their players look, fight and develop with aa variety of different game modes to test this out in. Injustice 2 also has an app to use where you may be able to play as your favourite players on the go.
A new mode called arena mode is also worth noting for all Mortal Kombat fans as it looks like superheroes just met Jonnie Cage in a fight.
Injustice 2, promising to be more than good game, has also now have a competitive Esports platform. The PS4 based competitions will have at least 600000 dollars up for grabs, for competitive teams and individuals. The competition is up for anyone, with a global competition and 2 continental competitions. These include Europe and South America, as well as an exclusive competition for the United States.
Injustice Gods among us
Injustice: Gods Among Us
Injustice 2 expands upon Injustice: Gods Among Us, the 2013 release, which was critically acclaimed scoring highly from many critics. IGN gave the prequel a very solid 8.2 out of 10 stating that 'NetherRealm’s follow-up to Mortal Kombat is both a very good brawler and a big old sloppy love letter to fans.'
Injustice: Gods Among Us was a DC fighting game, where you could play as a DC comics hero, in which you could fight as a hero or villain agains other DC comics characters in huge, colossal battles. A deep story compliments these battles, blurring the lines between good and evil.
