LEGO Speedorz Sets | Lego Legends of Chima Sets

The LEGO Legends of Chima Speedorz Sets seem to have some similar concepts o the Ninjago play sets, which makes sense as the Legends of Chima is a replacement to the soon to be discontinued Ninjago sets.

In the case of the Lego Chima Speedoz sets, you get a motorcycle looking vehicle (speedor) that operates by getting the wheels to spin by inserting and pulling a ripcord through a special hole on either side of the front wheel, each speedorz also come with a minifigure rider and some stabilizing accessories to add to the vehicle. In addition to the game parts, you also each Lego Legends of Chima Game set come with Lego pieces to build the obstacle course for the specified challenges to collect as many CHI as you can and five playing cards.

The aim of these game sets is to get all 6 CHI.

The speedorz sets are making a big wave, and should become as popular or more then the Ninjago spinners as the concept takes on and more people get involved in playing the game. Kids love both building and playing the game, and the game enhances fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination, and a plus for me, it is all done without being in front of a computer for a change.

The obstacle courses, take skill and you need some strategy to win the game. The Speedor movement is very smooth and cool. You need to pull the rip-cord through the speedor and let it on the ground, and if you have it properly balanced it moves beautifully. To control the speed all you need to do is adjust how fast you pull the rip-cord through. It may take a little time to master it but it's worth it!

This speedorz set comes with 2 speedorz, the motorcycle like Lego vehicles that come as part of the Chima Speedorz Game. When you buy this set you have the beginnings of a small tournament between two players.

This set comes with 2 mini-figures from the Lion and Crocodile tribes, the main opponents in the fight to keep/steal the CHI energy.

You get Cragger the Croc and Laval the Lion, some of the most popular and engaging characters in the Chima series. Both are extremely competitive and a bit of daredevils, so a nicely matched. Kids who watch the series should will be happy to add these two characters to their arsenal.

The single speedorz sets are the playing sets for the CHIMA series. You can collect as many sets as you want to be able to play various combo games with friends and family or even against yourself.

Each set comes with a minifigure and speedorz from a single CHIMA tribe as well as 2 weapons (a unique tribal CHI weapon and a unique tribal weapon)

The main ruler of Chima are the Lions and their opponents are the Crocodiles

The Crocodiles have manged to get the Wolf and Raven tribes to help in their rebellion, but the Eagles and Gorillas have formed a tight pact with the Lions to repulse and defeat them.

The aim of this game is to jump through the Ring of Fire to battle for the CHI. You will need to ripoff the speedor to get it to go up the ramp and through the ring.

To change up the game you can re-size the fire ring, attach the power-up to the speedor for a flame-fueled exhaust or set out the fire cones.

This is a great one for testing timing and accuracy, Equila comes deep into Raven territory, he needs to hit the launch base to launch the eagle dart at the raven targets and claim the CHI.

Adding the power-up to the speedorz can help to hit more than one target at once.

Comes with lion Speedor to put Equila into. You need to pull the ripcord to get the speedor to hit target and catch the CHI.

Comes with crocodile Speedor to put King Crominus into. You need to pull the ripcord to get the speedor run up the ramp and blast through the boulders to freedom.

Comes with Lion Speedor to put Lennox into. You need to pull the ripcord to get the speedor through the doors to get the CHI.

Comes with Eagle Speedor to put Eglor into. You need to pull the ripcord to get the speedor to hit the ramp and into the nest.

Comes with Wolf Speedor to put Winzar into. You need to pull the ripcord to get the speedor to hit the tower and make it fall to release the sphere of CHI.
