Ratchet and Clank HD PS3 Trophy Guide

Ratchet and Clank is a very popular series to many Playstation Gamers, debuting on the PS2 in 2002, it has gone on to produce over 10 more games, ranging from the PS2, PS3, PSP, PS Vita, PS4 (Remake announced at E3 2014) and even a film releasing in 2015! but this article is all about where it all began, the first Ratchet and Clank game, and will simply contain an easy to understand guide on how to get the Platinum Trophy in this game.

The Trophy Categories:

Bronze: 19

Silver: 10

Gold: 5

Platinum: 1

Which makes 35 overall, a fair amount of Trophies to collect, you may say, but, many of the trophies are extremely easy to collect as they are based on Skill Points in the game, and will be done by the end of your first playthrough of the game, and after that you can enter a Challenge Mode playthrough, which puts you at the beginning of the game again, but you get to keep everything, allowing you to play the entire game again, to get extra bolts, and find all the Gold Bolts to buy the newly unlocked golden weapons, and get the Platinum Trophy!

Gadget Master: Platinum

Obtain all Ratchet and Clank Trophies:

This will be the last trophy you get, as the Platinum Trophy only unlocks once you have collected every other Trophy in the game, so focus on getting every other Trophy, and you'll get this one at the end!

Bolt Commando: Gold

Gather all 40 Gold Bolts throughout the game:

Note: It's best to attempt to get the Gold Bolts later on in the game, preferably after acquiring the Map-O-Matic from the HelpDesk girl at the Gadgetron Site on Planet Kalebo III, as this shows hidden areas, which are usually Gold Bolt locations, on the Map as Green Areas, making it much easier to find Golden Bolts. Also, some Gold Bolts require Gadgets that are found later on in the game to access.

Planet Novalis (3 Gold Bolts)

1 - When you start off, go right into the "Waterworks" and jump up all of the rocks, into the first room with the Peckbots in it, and at the bottom of the stairs do walljumps until you get to the top to collect the Gold Bolt

2 - Note: This Gold Bolt requires the Bomb Glove or another explosive type of weapon:

Take the path behind your ship, with the water and bolt crank, continue down this path until you reach the area with the 3 large water containers set at different levels in a cavern, go down to the bottom level and you should notice a wall that can be blown up on the left hand side of the room, behind this is Gold Bolt #2.

3 - Note: This Gold Bolt requires the Hydropack:

At the semi-destroyed bridge halfway through the level, jump off it and use the Hydropack to go against the current, take the left path, jump out of the water into the area with enemies and progress through until you see a ladder, climb up and jump up the rock stairs, and there is the final Gold Bolt of Novalis!

Planet Aridia (4 Gold Bolts)

1 - Note: The Slingshot is required for this Gold Bolt:

After you get the trespasser, look down, there is a slowly turning platform underneath the one you are on, jump on to it and in the middle will be the Gold Bolt

2 - From the spot where you find Skid McMarx, cross the metal bridge. Go right at the fork in the path and pass two more metal bridges. To the right will be a boulder you can blow up with your Bomb Glove to reveal a hidden passage to next Gold Bolt.

3 - The third Gold Bolt is located on the island in front of Ratchet's ship in the bed of a truck. To get there, look to the side of the final elevator on the way to Skid's Agent. Long jump to the corner. Then Long jump to the island, and go to the truck. If you don't make it to the land by jumping you can keep trying as you're able to jump in the mud twice before dying.

4 - Note: This Gold Bolt requires the Magneboots to get:

Climb the brick wall next to Skid's agent and go inside of the building to find the final Gold Bolt of Aridia!

Planet Kerwan (3 Gold Bolts)

1 - At the first Gadgetron vendor from your ship, jump over the railing and you'll land on a small ledge, in a tunnel with many flying cars passing through, the Gold Bolt is in the middle of this area.

2 - Note: This Gold Bolt requires the Helipack:

On top of the Second tower of Qwark's Obstacle Course, opposite the long pole, there is a building with open areas, glide over and you should see crates appear, and in the middle of this room is the Gold Bolt.

3 - Note: This Gold Bolt also requires the Helipack:

At the top of the Escalator, before going on to the train, go right and use the Helipack to get on top of the suitcases, from there simply glide across the remaining suitcases to get the final Gold Bolt of Kerwan!

Planet Eudora (1 Gold Bolt)

1 - From the ship, take the right path with the 4 Saw Bots, jump on the first step up ahead, and turn around, you will notice the Gold Bolt on a ledge, Hold R1 and jump towards the ledge and you'll be able to reach the first and only Gold Bolt of Eudora!

Nebula G34 (2 Gold Bolts)

1 - Note: The O2 Mask is required for this Gold Bolt:

From the ship, go forward and solve the Trespasser puzzle, then when prompted by the game, go outside, follow the path to the ship, and instead of jumping down into the area, jump to the right on to the ledge, and walk around the small path to get the Gold Bolt

2 - In the room with the Gadgetron Vendor, just before the Lizard King boss fight, jump up on to the top row of pods, and inside one of them is the final Gold Bolt of Nebula G34!

Planet Rilgar (2 Gold Bolts)

1 - In the area with the lazers, get to the end of it and use the round platform that gets thrown into the air, but instead of going to the ledge in front of you, turn around and jump on to the pillar of the forcefield, and navigate your way to the far corner with the Gold Bolt, then jump in and collect it.

2 - Note: This Gold Bolt requires the O2 Mask to get it:

In the area with the rising water, where you have to run/swim through it without running out of oxygen, navigate back through that to where the Slime Creatures attacked, and there should be a hole on the left and right hand side of the path, swim down the right hand side and follow the tunnel to get the final gold bolt of Rilgar!

Planet Umbris (2 Gold Bolts)

1 - After the area where you have to navigate left and right to pass a turret that is shooting at you, slingshot onto the platform, and look right, there is a door in front of you that is locked, glide to the ledge to the right of the door, and activate all three pads in quick succession, once you have done this go back around and the door will be open, allowing you to collect the Gold Bolt!

2 - In the room with the big pools, go through the first pool. Once you climb up from inside of the second pool, look off of the ledge to see a closed in area you can jump into. Glide down and get the Gold Bolt. Activate the three buttons to get out of the room.

Planet Batalia (2 Gold Bolts)

1 - Near the start of the level, find the building with the Trespasser entry point is and wall jump up to the top of the building, where you will find the Gold Bolt waiting.

2 - Pass the first bridge with the tank on it, and go right up the ledge, glide across to the other grassy ledge, jump over the 4 boxes and follow the path until you find the last Gold Bolt on Batalia!

Planet Gaspar (2 Gold Bolts)

1 - From the start of the level, look right and you will see a ledge you can glide to, do this and follow the way. Make sure to destroy all the ships that have the chain connected to the pumps, as these count towards a Skill Point on this Planet, and will eventually reveal the Gold Bolt to you once you have got to the end of the area.

2 - From the area that you got the Pilot's Helmet on, go to the end of the ledge to see a Volcano Hole, glide down in to it, fight through the cave of enemies and go up the elevator, follow the path and you'll grab the second and final Gold Bolt of Gaspar!

Planet Orxon (2 Gold Bolts)

1 - Note: This Gold Bolt requires the Visibomb Gun AND the O2 Mask:

Go to the area where there are all of the small grenades falling down, look up and notice a Gold Bolt on a balcony with a black/purple tunnel behind it. Use the Visibomb Gun to destroy the wall, then guide it through the tunnel, destroying the other 4 tunnels, then from your ship go to the second Gadgetron Vendor that you could access when you played through this level as Ratchet and follow the path to the right, eventually you'll see the open cave entrance, follow it and you'll get the Gold Bolt.

2 - From the landing site, enter the area to your right, go to the newly opened left corridor right before three large pillars, and you will notice on the left that you can wall jump up, do this and up top you will get the second and final Gold Bolt of Orxon!

Planet Pokitaru (1 Gold Bolt)

1 - Note: This Gold Bolt requires the Thrusterpack and O2 Mask

From the beginning, follow the path you took while protecting the man, until you get to the first Psytopus, right before jumping on to the boat, jump into the water where the boat was and swim left, you should notice an underwater cave, go into it and resurface, navigate through the area and once you've reached the end, you'll get the only Gold Bolt on Pokitaru!

Planet Hoven (2 Gold Bolts)

1 - From the start, keep moving forward and turn right when you can, you should notice a platform going up and down the wall, if you time it correctly you can use it to wall jump up, and reach the top, where the Gold Bolt is waiting for you.

2 - The second Gold Bolt is in the large room you have to use the Hydrodisplacer to fill it with water, once you've fully filled the room with water, instead of climbing on the tower and leaving, dive underwater and notice a cave with the hydro pump in it, swim to the end and resurface, and you'll get the second and final Gold Bolt of Hoven!

Gemlik Moonbase (1 Gold Bolt)

1 - Once you have completed the level, go back to the room with the four platforms and rising acid, jump on to the platform that Doesn't sink, and look to your left, jump into the hole and collect the only Gold Bolt on the Gemlik Moonbase!

Planet Oltanis (4 Gold Bolts)

1 - Note: This Gold Bolt requires the Magneboots:

The Gold Bolt is located on the path to the PDA to the right after the Magnestrip with the bomber ahead.

2 - The second Gold Bolt is located on the PDA path just before you meet "Steve". Before jumping up on the ice, you must continue moving along the edge to the right and climb up.

3 - Along the straightforward path that leads to the InfoBot for Planet Quartu, on the first "Line" path, turn around and notice a Swingshot Hook above and to the left. Swing up and grab it.

4 - Once all the missions on the planet have been completed, a bomber will shoot the Qwark Statue, revealing a button, activating this button will reveal a Swingshot course that is quite difficult, but once you finish it and get to the end, the final Gold Bolt of Oltanis is waiting!

Planet Quartu (2 Gold Bolts)

1 - Note: For this Gold Bolt you need the Hologuise (Kalebo III)

Once you have the Hologuise, use it to infiltrate the secure area. In the last room with Clank's mother, use the Swingshot to reach a top shelf cubbyhole for the Gold Bolt

2 - Note: For this Gold Bolt you need the Codebot (Veldin Orbit)

The Codebot will automatically deploy at the door near the entrance to the Giant Clank machine. The second and final Gold Bolt of Quartu is inside as well as some Bolts.

Kalebo III (2 Gold Bolts)

1 - During the Grind Rail part of this Planet, there are three bots to shoot, which when done will de-activate a forcefield just before the second jump, which will lead you to the Gold Bolt on the Grind Rail

2 - After the grinding area, at the Gadgetron Help Desk area, go to the platform that the Grind Rail stands on. Look over the ledge to find a platform. Jump down and go into the pod. You will be in an odd room with lots of chickens. Grab the second and final Gold Bolt of Kalebo III.

Veldin Orbit (2 Gold Bolts)

1 - From the start, go into the water. Hit the three rings and follow the path until you see three more rings. Go through the three of them and turn around. Go to the right and you will come across a Gold Bolt on the surface.

2 - The next Gold Bolt can be found after the Magnestrip path, after you use the jet fighter to destroy the turrets. After using the elevator in space to go inside the room with the dogs and moving lasers, simply walk off to fall down, and look at the door on the side. Equip the Hologuise and walk towards the door. Then follow the path to get the second and final Gold Bolt of Veldin Orbit!

Planet Veldin (3 Gold Bolts)

1 - Note: This Gold Bolt requires the Taunter:

The first Gold Bolt is found on the other side of the lava platforms, in this area there should be a forcefield with the Gold Bolt, an enemy and a button behind it, use the Taunter to move the enemy on to the button, then the Gold Bolt is yours!

2 - Just before you Swingshot at the two yellow versa-targets, turn around 180 degrees and look slightly to your left. You will see platforms. Jump on them and just follow the path and get the gold bolt.

3 - After the two yellow versa-targets, you will later encounter a green one.. Go to the right of the pit and you will see a small, circular metal platform. Jump onto it and then onto the larger platform below that you will then be able to see. Next you will see a grind rail, jump on it, and go to the end of the path. You will have the final Gold Bolt of Veldin, and the last Gold Bolt on the game!

Skillfull: Gold

Master all 30 Skill Points

Note: It is best to go for remaining Skill Points after you defeat Drek and start a new game as you will get 'Goodies' section in your Start Menu. There you will find the Skill Points, and you will know on what planet on you can get them, a title that help you find it and which ones you have done or are still needing to do.

Skill Point List/Walkthrough:

Novalis
Take Aim - Destroy a fighter or a bomber - Once you have either the Devastator or the Visibomb Gun, re-visit Novalis and aim for a ship in the sky, and fire away, once you destroy one, the Skill Point is yours, along with the Take Aim Trophy! This may take a few attempts to get, as the ships are moving quite quickly and may be difficult to hit.

Aridia
Swing it! - Get past the last swingshot section without touching the floor. - In the area with six Swingshot targets in a row, simply navigate through all of them without touching the ground and the Skill Point is yours!

Transported - Destroy three flying transports - From your ship go into first person and look into the sky, lock on to a ship and blow it up, repeat this three times and the Skill Point is yours, along with the Transported Trophy!

Kerwan

Strike a Pose - Stand between the legs of Al's Roboshack statue - From Big Al's Shop, follow the Helipack tutorial again until you get to the top of the second elevator, turn left, jump over the railing and glide on to the top of Al's shop, stand in between the legs of the statue and the Skill Point will unlock, along with the Strike a Pose! Trophy

Blimpy - Destroy a Blimp - Once you have the Devastator or Visibomb Gun, simply look around in the sky for the blimp, and shoot it down once spotted to get the Skill Point!

Qwarktastic - Destroy the Qwark Robot - Once you have the Devastator or Visibomb Gun, go to the Qwark Obstacle course, and destroy the Robot at the start of it to unlock this Skill Point, along with the Qwarktastic Trophy!

Eudora

Vehicle Bombardier - Destroy any ten vehicles - Simply just destroy any ten ships flying in the sky to get this Skill Point, along with the Vehicle Bombardier Trophy!

Nebula G34

Girl Trouble - Use only your wrench in the alien queen battle. - This is easier than the title makes it out to be, whenever the Alien Queen attacks, just jump out of the way and use the Wrench attack to damage her, keep this up and once you have killed the Queen, the Skill Point is yours, along with the Girl Trouble Trophy!

Rilgar

Tricky - Perform a Twisty McMarx - After you have got first place in the race, you can re-do it any time with tricks unlocked. To do the Twisty McMarx, you get in the air and then hit R1, L1, R2, and L2 while moving the left analogue stick to the left, when you do the roll you change to the next button, and if you manage to do all 4 and land it, the Skill Point is yours, Along with the Twisted Hoverboard Trophy! Note: It is best to try this at the large ramp in the middle of the track, just at the green slime creatures.

Cluck, Cluck - Turn a tank into a chicken - Once you get the Morph-O-Ray, return to Rilgar, find a tank that sprays the green gas, and fire the Morph-O-Ray at it until it turns into a Chicken, once you do this, the Skill Point is yours, along with the Cluck, Cluck Trophy!

Speedy - Complete the race in 1:35 or less - This is the most difficult Skill Point in the game and will require some practice. Do tricks on ramps to gather boost, and use that turbo whenever you run out of boost from the boost pads. Hit every boost pad you can and jump corners rather than going around them. Once you've done the race in under 1:35, the Skill Point is yours, along with the Speedy Trophy!

Batalia

Jumper - Travel along the Grindrail without taking damage. - Time your jumps right and try to either avoid or destroy mines and this will come over time, if you take damage just kill yourself and restart, once you reach the end of the rail you will unlock the Skill Point!

Accuracy Counts - Destroy a Blarg ship with the turret. - The turret is at the end of the level, simply just get in it and follow the path of a ship through the sky, then wait for a specific point, time it right and shoot it. Then you'll get the Skill Point!

Eat Lead - Destroy all Four tanks with the Sand mice. - A Sand Mouse is the little flying blue mouse that you can summon with the Sonic Summoner in the Gadgets Menu, the antenna for them is located at the start of the level, behind the building to the right, but before you summon them clear the level of all enemies but tanks, and then go take out the 4 tanks. The first one is located near the start of the level, the second one is located near the first, across the bridge and down the water slide, and the last two are at the final fortress of the level, once you've destroyed the 4 tanks, the Skill Point is yours, along with the Eat Lead Trophy!

Gaspar

Destroyed - Destroy all Blarg bombers. - Take the same path to the right of your ship that you took getting the Gold Bolt, and destroy all the pumps that are fuelling the ships, there are nine to destroy throughout this path and once you've destroyed all nine of them, the Skill Point is yours, along with the Destroyed Trophy!

Gunner - Use any turrets to destroy 5 ships. - There are 2 turrets, use them to shoot down the ships. Shoot in front of them because it takes some time for the shots to hit their target.

Orxon

Sniper - Shoot a Screamer through a sniping hole - Near the beginning of the level, the road will split it's at a Gadgetron vendor. Go left here and follow the path until you jump across the round platforms and then to a pipe in the wall. Look through it 1st person view and shoot the Screamer (blue creature) on the other side. It's asleep so it will not be hard to hit. Once you shoot it, the Skill Point is yours, along with the Sniper Trophy!

Hey, Over Here! - Use the Taunter to lure a Toxic crab into a force field. - Later on in the level, you, while you were chasing the infobot, you will reach a giant red forcefield with a Swingshot target above it and sleeping enemies at the other side, pull out the Taunter and use it near the barrier, to wake up the sleeping enemy and lure him into the barrier, to get the Skill Point, along with the Hey, Over Here! Trophy

Pokitaru

Alien Invasion - Destroy 3 ships - The Visibomb Gun is the only weapon that can be used for this, the ships shot you when you were in your ship for the mission. try to follow their path and aim a Visibomb shot in front of their path, and get a head on collision as you won't be able to keep up with them by chasing them, this Skill Point takes time and ammo, so just be patient and you'll get it eventually.

Buried Treasure - Destroy all crates underwater. - Once you have the O2 Mask and Hydro-Pack, this Trophy/Skill Point becomes easier, as most of the crates are located in the big area in front of your ship, set off the TNT crate and most of the crates in that area will explode, then just navigate around the sea area of the map to find the remaining crates, and destroy them, once you've destroyed all of them, the Skill Point is yours, along with the Buried Treasure Trophy!

Hoven

Pest Control - Kill all Anklebiters - From the start of the level, go straight and into the area with the pine trees, you will notice enemies that pop out of the ground in groups, kill all of them, and wait until the next wave comes out, and repeat until you get the Skill Point/Trophy, there should be around 5 waves of them, and once you've killed them all, the Skill Point is yours, along with the Pest Control Trophy!

Whirlybirds - Destroy 5 Blarg helicopters. - Lock on to the Helicopters that fly around the level with the Devastator in First Person, wait for the green target and fire, once it destroys the Helicopter find a new one and repeat until you've destroyed 5, then the Skill Point will be yours!

Gemlik Moonbase

Sitting Ducks - Destroy all 8 cargo ships. - I recommend using the Visibomb Gun to get this, as 7 of the cargo ships are outside on buildings and such, and can be destroyed from the Gadgetron Vendor location. The last one is at the end of the level, it's in a very big room with a lot of enemies, once you've destroyed all 8, the Skill Point is yours, along with the Sitting Ducks Trophy!

Oltanis

Blast 'em - Blow up 3 Blarg ships. - Use the Visibomb Gun for this, and just try get a head on collision with the ships by following their paths and timing it right, once you've destroyed 3 of them, the Skill Point will be yours!

Vandal - Destroy all the Streetlights in Oltanis - There are 22 streetlights throughout this mission, and you need to get them all without dying in order to get this Skill Point, so you can either use the Visibomb Gun to find most of them and destroy them, or progress through the level and destroy them as you see them, without dying, once you've destroyed all 22, the Skill Point is yours, along with the Vandal Trophy!

Kalebo III

Heavy Traffic - Travel along the Grindrail without taking damage. - Same as the Jumper Skill Point, except there's more obstacles to hurt you this time (flying cars) just avoid them along with the mines, or use the Flamethrower to destroy them, and navigate your way through the track, if you get hit just kill yourself and restart it, continue until you finish it without taking damage and the Skill Point will be yours!

Magician - Get a score of at least 4,500 in the race (you don't have to win). - Simply just do tricks on the course until you have 4500 points, if you are struggling you can purposely run yourself off the track near the first ramp that jumps you over water. This will reset you back before jumps so you can continue doing your tricks, once you've got 4500 points and finished the race, the Skill Point is yours, along with the Magician Trophy!

Drek's Fleet

Sneaky - Kill all the enemies in the fleet using the hologuise - This is quite an annoying Skill Point, as if any of the enemies see you, you need to die and restart, so just walk around in the hologuise, waving at robots to open doors, and when possible lay down mines in their path, or hide in a room and use the Visibomb Gun to take out robots from further away, or if a robot goes into a room by itself, go in after it and take it out, slowly do this until every robot is dead and then the Skill Point is yours!

Careful Cruise - Get through the water tank without taking damage. - Another one of the annoying Skill Points/Trophies, this is under your ship at the start of the level, you need to navigate through the entire water area, without taking damage, and you can't go slowly as the pool will electrify and instantly kill you if you take too long, so just keep trying to get through it without taking damage and if you do just kill yourself and restart, this may take a while to unlock but once you get used to the paths of everything and how to navigate around it, then you will do it, once you get to the end the Skill Point is yours, along with the Careful Cruise Trophy!

Veldin

Going Commando - Defeat 10 elite guards with only your wrench - This can only be unlocked on the second time you go to Veldin, for the final level, the Elite Guards are the tall enemies with jet packs, the best way to do this is to run at them and use the jump/hit attack (X + Square) which will kill an elite guard in 2 shots, do this to every one you see until you have killed 10, and then the final Skill Point is yours, along with the Going Commando Trophy!

Ratchet, King Midas: Gold

Obtain all 10 Gold Weapons

Note: This trophy is much easier to do on Challenge Mode

The Gold Weapons are basically just a more expensive and more powerful version of the gun, you can buy them from Gemlik Base (Oltanis Orbit) after defeating the boss and going to the runway with the large tower at the end of it, at the end of the level, go towards the entrance and wall jump up to find the Gold Weapon Vendor. Or on Novalis (only on your challenge mode playthrough) by entering a teleporter near your ship.

Each Gold Weapon costs 4 Gold Bolts and a certain amount of Bolts, so you need to get all 40 Gold Bolts to get them all, along with having a fair amount of Bolts. The prices of the Golden Weapons are:

Gold Blaster - 20,000 bolts and 4 Gold Bolts

Gold Bomb Glove - 10,000 bolts and 4 Gold Bolts

Gold Decoy Glove - 10,000 bolts and 4 Gold Bolts

Gold Devastator - 60,000 bolts and 4 Gold Bolts

Gold Glove of Doom - 20,000 bolts and 4 Gold Bolts

Gold Mine Glove - 10,000 bolts and 4 Gold Bolts

Gold Morph-O-Ray - 20,000 bolts and 4 Gold Bolts

Gold Pyrocitor - 30,000 bolts and 4 Gold Bolts

Gold Suck Cannon - 10,000 bolts and 4 Gold Bolts

Gold Tesla Glove - 60,000 bolts and 4 Gold Bolts

Once you buy the 10th and final Gold Weapon, the Trophy will unlock!

Drek This!: Gold

Defeat Chairman Drek

This Trophy is story related and cannot be missed, just play through the main storyline and you will unlock this at the end

Use the Devastator/Blaster/R.Y.N.O (if acquired) to defeat Drek, while trying to maintain your health and using the Gadgetron P.D.A for ammo if you can afford it, if not try and use other weapons and eventually in the final area you will slam on the countdown button and Drek will fall.

Speedy: Gold

Beat the Hoverboard Challenge in less than 1:35 on Rilgar

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Speedy Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section

Ultimate Animal: Silver

Obtain the R.Y.N.O

The only way to obtain the R.Y.N.O is to go to Planet Rilgar and find the Shady Salesman, speak to him and after the cutscene he'll offer you the R.Y.N.O for 150,000 Bolts, but you don't need to buy it there and then, I recommend waiting until your challenge mode playthrough, as you get more bolts quicker in it. Once you purchase the R.Y.N.O the Trophy will unlock!

Twisted Hoverboard: Silver

Do the "Twisty McMarx" in the Hoverboard Race

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Twisty Mcmarx Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section

Unlock Sketchbook: Silver

Attain 15 Skill Points to Unlock Sketchbook in Menu

This trophy is easy to get and will simply unlock when you get 15 Skill Points.

Vandal: Silver

Destroy all streetlights in Oltanis

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Vandal Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section

Girl Trouble: Silver

Defeat Blarg Station Alien Queen using only the Wrench!

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Girl Trouble Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Gadgeteer: Silver

Obtain all regular weapon gadgets

There are 14 weapon gadgets to get in the game, you will start off with 2 of them (Wrench, Bomb Glove) and the rest of them will be found during the story, or be available at Gadgetron Vendors as you progress through the game. The weapons are:

Blaster - 2,500 Bolts

Pyrocitor - 2,500 Bolts

Taunter - 2,500 Bolts

Mine Glove - 7,500 Bolts

Glove of Doom - 7,500 Bolts

Drone Device - 7,500 Bolts

Nano This!: Silver

Upgrade to Ultra Nanotech

This can be bought late in the game for 30,000 bolts, after the user has bought the Premium Nanotech, from the Nanotech Vendor on Orxon. It is located at the area where you chased the Infobot with Clank, simply just visit the planet, take the teleporter to it and buy the Premium Nanotech if you haven't (4000 bolts) and then the Ultra Nanotech for 30,000 bolts, and the Trophy will unlock

Bolt Collector: Silver

Collect 1,000,000 Bolts

This Trophy will probably take you the longest out of all of them, as you need to collect 1 million bolts over the course of the entire game, so you will most likely get this at some point during your Challenge Mode playthrough.

Note: You don't need to have 1 million bolts stocked up at once to get this trophy, you can spend them on weapons/gold weapons and ammo and it will still count towards the trophy.

Note 2: If you're still struggling for bolts, there are a few grinding methods to help you get more towards it:

Planet Quartu (Robot Factory)

Located on the robot facility planet, upon landing on the planet go to the far left across the swingshot targets above the broken bridge. Walk all the way around to the shop area and then to the big circle on the floor which allows you to transform into big clank. What you want to do is play the arena over, over and over again. In an hour you can get around 100,000 bolts.

All Qwark'd Up: Silver

Defeat Captain Qwark's Ship

Story Related and cannot be missed:

At the end of Oltanis Orbit, Gemlik Base you will start the boss fight with Captain Qwark, where you will fly a jet fighter ship and have to take out his one, while avoiding his fire/galaxy obstacles, once you defeat Qwark, the trophy will be yours!

Eat Lead: Silver

Use a Sand Mouse to destroy all the tanks on Batalia

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Eat Lead Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Hey, Over Here!: Bronze

Lure an enemy into a forcefield on Orxon

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Hey, Over Here! Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Strike a Pose!: Bronze

Stand between Al's Roboshack Statue's legs on Kerwan

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Strike a Pose! Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Vehicle Bombardier: Bronze

Blow Up 10 Vehicles on Eudora

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Vehicle Bombardier Trouble Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Cluck, Cluck: Bronze

Turn a tank into a Chicken on Rilgar

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Cluck, Cluck Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Qwarktastic: Bronze

Destroy Captain Qwark training robot on Kerwan

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Qwarktastic Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Take Aim: Bronze

Destroy a fighter or bomber on Novalis

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Take Aim Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Transported: Bronze

Destroyed 3 flying transpors on Aridia

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Transported Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Destroyed: Bronze

On Gaspar, blow up all Blarg Destroyers

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Destroyed Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Sniper: Bronze

Shoot a Scream through the sniper hole on Orxon

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Sniper Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Lombax Magnetic: Bronze

Obtain the Magneboots

This is a Story Related trophy and cannot be missed:

The Magneboots are obtained on your first visit to Orxon, when playing as Clank, due to Ratchet not having the 02 mask at this time, go through the level and near the end you will see them and collect them. The Trophy will unlock just after picking them up!

Buried Treasure: Bronze

Find and Destroy all the crates in the ocean on Pokitaru

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Buried Treasure Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Hit Me More!: Bronze

Obtain the Premium Nanotech upgrade

Next time you visit Orxon and play as Ratchet, at the end of the level you will see the Nanotech Vendor, buy the Premium Nanotech Upgrade for 4,000 bolts and the Trophy will be yours!

Obtain the Persuader

During your time on Planet Hoven you will obtain some Raritanium, take this to the sewers on Planet Pokitaru, and give it to the scientist, who in turn will give you the Persuader, and the Trophy will be yours!

Magician: Bronze

Score 4500+ on a hoverboard race on Kalebo III

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Magician Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Very Sucky: Bronze

Obtain the Suck Cannon

On Planet Eudora, you reach a building with 3 robots in it, the Suck Cannon will be at the back of this room, simply just walk up to it and Ratchet will collect it, and then the Trophy will be yours!

Pest Control: Bronze

Kill all Anklebiters on Planet Hoven

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Pest Control Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Sitting Ducks: Bronze

Destroy all cargo ships in the base on Orbital Otlantis

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Sitting Ducks Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Careful Cruise: Bronze

Traverse the water region without losing any health on Veldin's Orbital Station

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Careful Cruise Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Going Commando: Bronze

Kill 10 Elite Guards with only the Wrench on Veldin

This is a Skill Point Trophy and will unlock when you get the Going Commando Skill Point, detailed in the Skill Point section above

Once you've got all these Trophies, the Platinum will be yours!
