The Legend Of Zelda Forever Continues

Updated on March 29, 2015

Ever Played Zelda Before?

Here's a better one for you. Have you played all the Zelda games? I didn't think so, because there is 27 different editions, including the original Zelda Games. This was one of the first RPG games ever created which was over 20 years ago. And the Zelda Saga Continues!

My question, is what is the next Zelda game for 2010 or 2011 ?

This video games series has created a cult like following. Creating websites for a Zelda shop, Zelda mobile, many many Zelda Forums, that include Zelda game hints and walkthroughs for most of the Zelda games. There is always some stir about Zelda the film too!

Lets take a quick look at the history of the Zelda series.

The first Zelda Game ever

Was called The Legend of Zelda and created back in 1986 and was for the Famicom Disk System. Most of us played Zelda for the first time on the NES which came out in the fall of 1987. This is the game I remember with the golden cartridge!

And the rest of the Zelda games in sequential order

Zelda II : The Adventure of Link

The Legend of Zelda : A Link to the Past

The Legend of Zelda : Link's Awakening

The Legend of Zelda : Ocarina of time

The Legend of Zelda : Majora's Mask

The Legend of Zelda : Oracle of Ages

The Legend of Zelda : Oracle of Seasons

The Legend of Zelda : The Wind Waker

The Legend of Zelda : Four Swords Adventures

The Legend of Zelda : The Minish Cap

The Legend of Zelda : Twilight Princess

The Legend of Zelda : Phantom Hourglass

The Legend of Zelda : Spirit Tracks

And maybe in the Future of Zelda.....

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (set for release in 2011)

Actually, I HAVE played them all... Lots of us have. Zelda is the most beloved video game series of all time, with the possible exception of Mario (debatable.)
