What's the deal with Apex Legends?

The Battle Royale genre has taken the gaming world by storm, With games like Fortnite and PUBG becoming the most streamed games worldwide and every other game in the world coming out with their own Battle Royale modes there is no end to the options you have to play.

When Apex Legends came out I only found out because a friend told me about it, I keep pretty well informed about games but had honestly heard nothing about Apex Legends prior to it's release,It is set in the Titanfall universe and I have been playing it since release day and it is by far my favorite Battle Royale game to date, allow me to explain the whys and why nots.

PROS

- The pinging system is beyond awesome and should be included in every game with teamwork from now on, I find myself missing this feature a lot when playing other games.

- The controls are so fluid and feel so natural and the sliding is so much fun.

- You can dominate with pretty much any gun in the game, allowing you to switch things up when you feel like it

- The variety of characters and their various abilities keep it from feeling to repetitive

- The skins and customization options are plentiful

- The loss forgiveness in ranked if one of your teammates bail on you

CONS

- Very competitive , some of the best players in the world so you have to be really skilled to really compete in this game on any serious level

- The events so far at least have been lackluster

- The Mozambique

So in my opinion if you were only going to play one Battle Royal game I would choose to play Apex Legends, the game is very well made and feels cohesive and only shows signs of getting better
