The Crusaders needed an enemy. In 1984, Lego released the Black Falcons. While the name 'Black Falcons' was never official, the series became known by it after the release of the set 'Black Falcon's Fortress.' Like their good guy counterparts, the Falcon series is highly desirable by collectors and every set easily sells beyond its original sticker price.
