Pros and Cons

On the plus side:

  • It is bright and colorful.
  • it is easy to assembly - blowing it up only take a few minutes with the air blower.
  • The air blower is quiet and unobstrusive.
  • Can be used indoors or out.
  • There is a ball pit suitable for toddlers not old enough for the bouncer.
  • The slide is a nice and playful feature to keep them active.
  • Easy to deflate, roll and store.

on the down side...

  • The 50 ball starter that it comes with is really not enough to fill the ball pit but you can buy extras relatively inexpensively.
  • It is really only for young children. It is advertised as 3-7 years but you couldn't let 3 x 7-years old in it at one time. 3 x 3-year olds would probably do fine but if you wanted it for a party - they will need to take turns.
  • There is a suggestion that the fastening that keeps the door of the ball pit closed isn't strong enough if a child leans against it - but then children should be supervised all the time.
  • There is a bit of doubt about the dimensions given - Amazon says this is 12 feet wide but the manufacturer's describe it as 9.3 wide - bit of a difference if space is an issue - err on the side of caution and plan your space for a 12 foot wide bouncer.

Customer Reviews

Most of the reviews I read were very positive - 5* & 4* ratings being given. In fact only one customer seemed to have difficulty with it and that largely because they didn't read the features properly. All in all it seems a good buy for use for kids under 7. It will provide them with a safe place to bounce away some of that surplus energy before they settle down for the night.
