Radius of AoE: 350

Soul Shackles (Active): Latches chains of energy onto nearby enemy champions, dealing initial damage to them and slowing their movement speed by 20% for up to 3 seconds. Additionally, if Morgana stays within 600 range of the targets for the full 3 seconds, they are dealt the same magic damage again and are stunned for 1.5 seconds.

Cooldown: 120 / 110 / 100 seconds

Magic Damage: 175 / 250 / 325 (+0.8 per ability power)

Morgana Runes and Masteries

Morgana Runes:

Reds: Magic Penetration

Yellows: Scaling Mana Regen Per 5

Blue: Scaling Ability Power per Level

Quintessences: Flat AP

Morgana Masteries:

9/0/21 is best in Utility for regen and laning, 21/0/9 is good in Offensive, but 9/21/0 and 0/21/9 work as well in defensive - it depends on your playstyle and runes. I prefer utility for all AP casters because it gives them the best laning presence and regeneration, giving you more last hits and XP in lane so that you can dominate later.

Morgana Summoner Spells

Morgana Summoner Spells:

Flash/Ignite (Best)

Ghost/Flash

Flash/Teleport

Flash/Exhaust

Morgana Guide for Item Builds

Start with:

Doran's Ring (get 2 or 3 of them for Regen and laning)

Boots > Spell Pen Boots

Rabadon's Deathcap or Rod of Ages

Zhonya's Hourglass (you can use it after you cast your ult in the middle of the enemies. Very effective)

Void Staff

Banshee's Veil

Morgana Tips and Strategies

The basic Morgana Combo is Q to snare them, then drop your Tainted Soil so the DOT hurts them and then cast your Ult and stay in range so your ult stuns them + ignite if you need to to kill them. If you hit a Q + soil combo once, the second time around you should be able to kill them early - mid game in lane.

Landing your snare is the most important part of playing Morgana. Learn to lead your enemies well and focus on mastering the skill shot.

Use your ultimate on at least 2-3 enemy champions during large team fights.
