Coolers : Drink fluids every two hours. The fuilds are body coolers just like a fan to your laptop .
You can drink Watermelon , Pineapple , Lemon, Cucumber .Most of all Water is the most effective cooling agent to our body , but avoid cold water.

Add Vitamin rich foods : Many people nowadays prefer vitamin tablets to avoid fat and carbohydrates, but it is highly discouraged by Doctors because there are lots of things that will be neglected. To me ,the most vitamin rich foods are Egg and Milk.
Egg yolk has more than 25 varieties of vitamins and minerals which are most essential to our health, Egg yolk does have fat but it is highly rich in vitamins and minerals than any other food in the world.

Add Veg to your food : Adding Greens help us by reducing crabs in our diet and adds vitamins ,minerals and fiber to our body. Adding vegetables also have their perks like reducing the pressure of digestion by stomach.Also they are cheaper than Meat.

Add lemon to everything: Adding lemon helps you get vitamin C , which is most essential for immunity . Adding lemon to our food give us added advantage by supporting digestion . Lemon can also be used as anti-fungal by applying to to our body or by adding lemon drops to our bathing water.

Add All Six tastes to your body : Sweet , Sour ,Salty , bitter , pungent , Astringent .

In Indian Ayurveda, it is mentioned that a healthy diet is the one with all the tastes, because every taste is important for the body and every taste has its own effects to the body. When a person is avoiding a specific taste or favoring one specific taste, he will have some troubles with his body sooner or later. So, Try to eat different foods with different tastes.

Get Balanced diet : For a normal human being with 2 hours of exercise per day should take 50-55% carbs per day (35% of carbs from Vegetables and Fruits ,15 % from Grains/wheat), 25-30% of protein(usually 2 whites of an egg will do along with Proteins from Carb diet), 20 % of Fat (from Nuts ,Milk , Egg yolk, oil etc). Apart from these you need 6-8 servings of water(about 3 lts per day).
If you are into exercise and body building , your protein and water level should be increased.

Get sleep: An average adult should have minimum sleep of 8 hours , which will help you keep concentrated and active for the rest of 16 hours. Sleep is like a relaxation and rejevanation pill which returns peace to your body.

Get sports: A lot of people suggest to walk or jog. But i would say playing a sport is always better than simply walking or jogging.
Playing a sport gives exercise to your body and your mind . Everyone has their favorite sport and they should start playing it at least 5 days a week .

Keep Calm : Most of the health issues start when you are put under lot of stress and pressure. Try to avoid stress as much as possible and keep your calm.
Many people are preferring Yoga and other techniques but it can be attained by simpler means by watching your favorite movie, comedies and spending time on your favorite book etc.
