You will need to dice kiwi,watermelon, strawberry's and pineapples and measure 1/3 cup of each fruit.Measure 1/4 cup of orange or pineapple juice.Take 5 oz cups and fill them with fruit and pour the juice over the fruit.Place a Popsicle stick in the cup and place in the freezer for a few hours until firm.Once you are ready for your snack take the cup and run it under warm water until the pops come free and then enjoy.About 33 calories each.

Avocado Yogurt Dip
- 3/4 cup Plain fat free yougurt
- 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped with no seeds
- 2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
- 1 tbsp Ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Avocados, peeled.seeded and finely chopped
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend all together until smooth.
- Scoop the creamy dip in to a dish. Add chopped carrots,celery,red,green peppers,sliced cucumber,baby carrots or raw cauliflower.
