As we aged,many diseases and illness arising due to some factors that can be trigger for us to have it like lifestyle, genetic and/or acquired. Women's body is very different from men,thus we need extremely cautious in our everyday routines and more careful to live healthy,active and beautiful. If you are 40 and above of age, have yourself check once in a while.

1.Have your breast check- according from American Cancer Society,all women from age of 20 and above should undergo an examine with their breast for prevention of cancer with early detection by the use of mammogram and ultrasound of the breast for at least once every 2 years.
2.Go to your trusted Ob-gynecologist- for all those who are married or having engage in sexual activities,regular check up is must to prevent from uterine cancers and certain vaginal infections thru Pap's Smear and pelvic exam with your trusted Ob-gyne.
3.Have a full blood test-Full blood count. A full blood count (FBC) is a common blood test to check a person's general health or to screen for conditions such as anaemia.
CBC (measures several components and features of your blood, including: Red blood cells, which carry oxygen).
Creatine for Kidneys,
Uric acid for Arthritis,
Cholesterol for the Heart,
fasting blood sugar for Diabetes
SGBT for liver.
4.Urinalysis- for detection of UTI's (urinaly tract infections)
5.Chest x-ray- to see the condition of the heart and lungs.
6.Stop smoking- many women not only men world wide are hook into smoking and some of them won't make a day without it.We should stop smoking for our body to be healthier and fit at any circumstances because prolonged used can cause certain types of cancer like the lung, esophagus, larynx, mouth, throat, kidney, bladder, liver,pancreas, stomach, cervix, colon, and rectum, as well as acute myeloid leukemia
7.Limit alcohol intake- the impact of alcohol to women is different with men, the effect of it is much higher to women thus it destroys the liver and brains. Men tend be more immune than women when it comes to alcohol intake,so never take stand with them.
8.Be fit- study shows, 40 % of women tend to be obese or overweight because of their lifestyle. Less exercises,eating unhealthy foods,skipping meals are the factors that women make them overweight. Make adjustment, exercise a lot, don't skip meals, eat healthy diet and more fruits, drink a lot of fruit juices and more water!
9.Know your BP (blood pressure)- normal blood pressure is 120/80. If your over 140/90,it means you have a high blood pressure. Go to the doctor for further examine.
10.Take a vaccine Shot- for the age of 50 and above, Pneumonia and Influenza Vaccine is a must .
11.Take calcium tablets- after menopause( some at the age of 50), calcium intake is good for the health. Osteoporosis is very common with these age ,and calcium is needed to prevent this to occur because it nourish our bones. So at early age, consuming milk products like skim milk is good for the bones, just make sure to drink daily or if not, fruits and vegetables that is high in nutrients with calcium should taken regularly.

Women is very fragile as they say, taking care of our health means we give importance to oneself, because nobody knows your own body but only you, thus, your the one responsible of it. Be active,live life to the fullest,be fit!
Drink enough water -maintains the body’s fluid balance, which helps transport nutrients in the body, regulate body temperature, digest food, and more.
Water does flush out toxins and can reduce the risk of pimples.So drink 6-8 glasses a day or 2 liters a day or more.
Get enough sleep- Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle, and can benefit your heart, weight and mind. Reduce stress ,give you better memory are some of its benefits aside from pimple and acne free.
Exercise and yoga- a simple 15 minutes walk does a great job in helping your metabolism to burn those extra fats,while yoga besides building strength and increasing flexibility, yoga helps you focus and relax your mind.
Eat balance diet and fruits- we should not deprive our selves from getting enough nutrients because of hectic schedules, we should exert effort to attain a good balance meal as much as possible. Forget those express meals , restaurant or fast food chains. Make one, prepare one. Eat variety of fruits, different kind of fruits, different kind of color as well as on veggies.
