15 Diet Tricks

1.Eat breakfast. It will energize you for the day!

2.Eat 80% of veggies and 20% of meat.

3.Always ask yourself before any meal, "Am I hungry?" Be sure that you are eating because you are hungry rather than wanting to eat for the heck of it. If you are not hungry enough to eat an apple, you are not hungry.

4.Keep fruits at work or at school.

5.Weigh yourself once a week to track your progress.

6.If you can, work out in the morning. Exercising in the morning reduces your motivation for food.

7.Get six to eight hours of sleep.

8.Put soft drink aside.

9.Fill your playlist with upbeat quickens your pace when you work out with upbeat music.

10.Drink one to two glasses of water before meals.

11.Eat an orange before meals also help. (If you do not eat orange, a banana also works.)

12.Brushing your teeth after dinner is the best way to avoid eating again.

13.Eat veggies first, then eat meat.

14.During work out, rest for no more than 30 seconds between exercises.

15.Before you get in shape, take a photo of yourself wearing a sport bra and underwear. You will be amazed at how much your effort is worth.

REMEMBER: Eating is NOT a hobby!!!
