How to get started
Guys I have done this literally 1 month to the day. I have done virtually no exercises, only diet, and I have lost 21 pounds in just 30 days. I am not saying it does not take discipline. You really do need to want to lose the weight! It is made incredibly easy with just a few steps.

2. Setup a user account, and put in your exact weight. Make sure that you weigh on this day of the week each week for the best results.
A Calorie Counter
It does not have to be this one, that I have linked above. Start cheap and buy cheap. When you are ready for quality, get one that counts both calorie burn at idle, and calorie burn while moving. Keep up with these points for an accurate assessment.

Start slow by downloading this app, key in your information, and get started. Its as easy as scanning in your food. The greatest thing about this app! It wants you to EAT! You will go from eating 2 times a day to eating in upwards of 4-7 times a day. Your metabolism will be flaunting. You will want to get up out of your chair and do something for a change.
Here's the deal. Say goodbye to that whole piece of Tiramisu at the Olive Garden. Say hello to half the piece of Tiramisu. Yes! You can eat what you want. Just key that bad boy up in that app. And remember, Black on Top, Red on Bottom.

Black on Top and Red on bottom is Trademarked to me. Ashleign. Just kidding I am sure smarter people than I have coined the phrase.. It's simple though. What this means is you will be given an allowance by day. In this allowance you will calculate your:
- Saturated Fat
- Polyunsaturated Fat
- Monounsaturated Fat
- Trans Fat
- Total Carbs
- Dietary Fiber
These all need to stay in the black. If you go over it will change to a red color. If it goes red, you get fat. Pretty simple right?
So what needs to stay red? Easy to remember.. Vitamins. All of your Vitamins or what's on the bottom. Need to stay red.
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin C
Ladies, go ahead and get yourselves a multi-vitamin, and save yourselves the trouble. Eating foods to get these vitamins can really screw you over if you want that baked potato at the end of the week.
This whole thing will work for you too! I know guys who have just started it, and in 1 week have lost 5 lbs.

So I have given you my secret, now it is up to you. You need to decide whether or not you want to lose the weight. Most people want to, but lack the discipline to get it done.
I use to think that weightloss was the hardest thing. I know now, with a solid eating cycle and routine that you can accomplish your goals and be lazy at the same time.
I literally felt so good after losing the 20 lbs that I went out, and got a gym membership to celebrate. I have gone every day for the past 2 weeks. You don't have to follow in my footsteps.
