I have summarized 28 affordable, low calorie, fat burning and weight loss friendly foods. Hope that this list will help at least someone.

There are many foods out there which can really help to burn body fat and promote your weight loss process.

Some of these foods are very filling , energy boosting and keeps hunger away for quite a long time of a day.

In the mission of my own weight loss, I’ve learned about some fat burning, weight loss friendly foods and here I’m summarizing 28 of them. Hoping, this article will be beneficial for someone out there who is still confused like I was before, about what to eat or not to or how much to eat!

28 low calorie, fat burning and weight loss friendly foods:

1. Water

Of course water is zero calorie drink.

The main reason that I’m putting it on the number one position is that WATER IS LIFE, literally! Not only it keeps diseases away, it also helps to burn body fat.

Like many other parts of our daily diet, hydration is a key component, our body can’t function properly without proper hydration. So does the weight loss process.

If you do everything (diet and workout) right but don’t give your body enough water, the weight loss process will slow down and you won’t be getting any desired result. And doctors say, 3 liters of water per day can keep you away from illness.

So, water is number one!

2. Nuts

Nuts are high in good fat and can be very weight loss friendly if consumed in moderation.

It also can be very high in calories, so, it’s very important to watch over the amount while consuming.

Nuts are high in protein, fiber and can improve metabolism. When you are on a mission of healthy diet, nuts can be a great option to snack on.

3. Apple cider vinegar

Many say about Apple Cider Vinegar these days. So what it really do?

The best kind of apple cider vinegar is perfect for salad dressings and can also be consumed by diluting in water.
