There are many foods out there which can really help to burn body fat and promote your weight loss process.

If you do everything (diet and workout) right but don’t give your body enough water, the weight loss process will slow down and you won’t be getting any desired result. And doctors say, 3 liters of water per day can keep you away from illness.

So, water is number one!
