5 Healthy snack foods that help you lose weight

There are many snack foods out there which cause us to gain weight. We all know about pizza ice cream and candy treats. These unfortunately taste great but cause us to pack on pounds. Even though we crave these foods there are other ways around eating them. I'm going to show you a few replacement snack that will not only keep you from gaining weight, but they will also burn fat you have already put on. This means that eating these foods will give you a healthier body and keep you feeling full. Feeling full is actually half the battle and rest is defeating the mind set of routine. Unhealthy eating becomes a routine that you must break. Breaking routines takes time but a replacement routine may speed up the process. If losing weight is your goal, or just overall better health, eat these snacks in place of your current snacks.

Almonds

Almonds have an incredible amount of protein and healthy fats. They are necessary stable of this snack replacement diet. The high protein will cause a surge in the bodies weight loss and the fiber within will only help speed up the process. You can get these in many different ways like honey roasted. Stay away from chocolate ones.

Sunflower Seeds

You can eat so many of these and lose weight it's great. This will help train the body into thinking you are consuming more than it is because you are constantly eating. The seeds are so small though you really haven't ingested much. High protein and high fiber.

Apples

Apples have an abundance of vitamins and minerals. They keep the body cleansed through there levels of fiber. Apples also give the body an intense amount of sugar and are equally as powerful as a glass of coffee.

Whole Grain Crackers

Healthy carbohydrates are abundant in whole grain crackers. They are also a staple to make you feel full.

Popcorn

When eating popcorn make sure that it is just plain popcorn. No cheese and no butter, just regular popcorn. Organic popcorn is great and has healthy flavors. Popcorn taste good plain and can be a really good snack food. It fills you up without being unhealthy and gives you a nice full feeling with only a few hand fulls.
