AVOCADO: A FRUIT THAT HEALS

It is a mild-bland, oil-rich, nutrient rich food. It has a diverse range of dietary advantage. Scientific evidence from many research and studies indicated avocado has many potential benefits in health care. In addition to its many properties to heal, many of our health condition as the result of our modern lifestyle that cause it. It was now slowly becoming widely recognized to those people not aware that avocado has many advantages. Avocado fruit were known universally to countries that raised them including Philippines. It became popular anywhere in the world because of its nutritional benefits and many uses.

It has different colors, shapes and textures so with its leaves. It is one fruit to become a substitute to shortage of staple foods. It can easily adapt to seasonal period, changes of weather either in dry and cold condition. It can be planted anywhere with good soil combination. It can be planted even in our backyard bearing many fruits in one fruiting season.

Avocado consumption still going strong where many people started using it as food on the table. They realized that it has beneficial effect to the body to become healthy and wise. It is called the veritable fruit of paradise useful in human weight management program, high nutritional benefits, presence of anti-oxidant, prevent stroke, source of protein, source of fiber and a baby food.

Its enzymes is a remedy for ulcer problem.

Improving eyesight and prevent eye problem of glaucoma, cataracts and astigmatism. High concentration of folate necessary for healthy fetal and tissue development of the child in the womb of her mother in its early stage of growth. It strengthen body's immune system. It helps to reduce the risk of kidney stones because of high potassium content. It is also help to balance the body's energy metabolism, nerve function and muscle activity.
