Accountablility For The Gym
2/3/2017 and then some
Good morning!!! I seem to be in a rut but I know it's only temporary,.. I did however go to the gym this morning.... I worked out with my fitness trainer George and again I caught myself this morning trying to make excuses not to go but I pulled on my black sweat pants and my grey jersey and I walked with my husband out the door. Him on his way to work, me on my way to torture!!!
I get to the gym and as soon as I'm in the door, George is asking me "Ready to go?" I said yes, but can we please skip the floor exercises today? He said sure, what do you want to do? So I said a full body workout with using the machines.
So we went to work. We did sitting squats , I think 2 sets of 15 of each position.. OMG!! that hurt, then we moved onto leg lifts and using one leg at a time alternating and then on the third altogether, we worked triceps, biceps, deltoid, chest, trapezius, latissimus Dorsi muscle and rhomboids, and we did crunches and then I worked cardio on treadmill.
This has been a difficult time for me lately. I'm always tired, like I should be making beds right now and I'm writing this!! I want women to know that it is not easy, but it has to be done. I will be giving my body two days off on Saturday and Sunday from the gym because I work my store in New Jersey, but I want to show the machines and talk a little about them and what they do.
So altogether today I did 4 sets of leg press , working out quads and hamstrings
4 sets of leg extensions working out Quads
4 sets of front pull down latissimus and trapezius muscles
4 sets of seated row for lats, and traps
4 sets of chest press, chest and triceps
4 sets of tricep extensions
4 sets of bicep curls
4 sets of triceps press
4 sets of rear deltoid fly's rear deltoids.
Really I worked out hard today which is the account of why I am super hungry. So I had two more eggs ontop of lamb meat, so I guess that s good, high protein. I had a few French fries, not a lot just maybe ten, and I had a piece of rye toast with butter and jelly.
Did cardio on treadmill and I have been walking around a lot because I have errands to do.

And is it normal to feel tired from it all? I heard you are supposed to have more energy. How come it is only 12pm and i'm exhausted?
