Discover what you most enjoy. Take a walk, rest, ride, paint, write, draw, photograph, go out, stay in, travel, build, break. Whichever activities establish a tranquil and enjoyable life disposition do them and do them often.


Interrupt your stress with dreams, aspirations, ideals, and potential positivity.


Make others happy.


Focus on your triumphs.


See failures, setbacks, losses, and disappointments as opportunities to purge negativity and acquire room for growth


Accept your real, genuine true authentic self. See the person your once were, be realistic as to who you are in the present and only think of your future self as the same yet incrementally refined.


Set your own standards. Do not judge yourself in accordance to social programming, based on the opinions of others, nor the successes and failures of other people. Understand that your life is a customed uniquely tailored experience exclusively for you.

Find something positive and love based to believe in that connects you to the soul you were before you were born, after you were born, and when you shall again pass on as a soul no longer on earth. The Creator of the Umiverse is the single most important relationship to build.


Gather with like minded individuals to share your interests and activities with during the times where company is needed.

Your family is a great place to start building bonds and establishing true connections. Your colleagues are also a potential source for building a rapport and bond. However, use your better judgment when considering the depth of certain types of bonding with colleagues.

Any mistakes with coworkers can be detrimental so proceed with great caution.

However there are sure to be some hidden gems in the workplace for trustworthy, honest, authentic lifelong friends.

Mind's Your Business

Stay mentally active. Do things that require critical thinking, analyses, and improves memory.

Many of these things are fun activities and will intersect with stress management.


Meditation is also a great way to clear the mind, managstress, and add years on to life.

The mind is a very powerful to and our most powerful muscle. Exercise it.

Work To Stay Relevant.

Make sure that as you age the other people depend on you for something. It doesn't have to be big or even important. Make sure someone is relying on you for something even if it is as simple as morning wake up call or an afternoon chat.

Making sure that there are people who are anticipating your presence in their life reinforces your sense of purpose and will add years to your life.


Everyone wishes to remain young, life forever, and opt out of death. The best way to live is on purpose.
