Drink the best tasting aloe for lifestyle change!

Again, knowing that heart disease is 90% preventable in this country, or any country for that matter, simply with a few "lifestyle" changes such as a proper diet, reducing STRESS, eliminating the toxins, a moderate exercise program and lowering the level of LDL cholesterol in the system.

Remember, "for things to change, we have to change ...for things to get better, we have to get better ...and the first step to getting better, is the decision to begin." It's your choice. You do have the right to choose you know!! So, it's really all up to the choices you make on the daily bases that will ultimately determine your overall health. You could start with Aloe Vera Juice.

What will your plan of action be?

In doing so, with these "lifestyle" changes, or should we say, opportunities, consider putting together a wellness plan that will work for you. A plan that you can follow, a plan that's doable, and one that makes sense to you and then use it in your daily regimen …make sense??

Now lets establish a plan of action and use it as a guideline... try to do your best at sticking with it. The key word here is consistency. Do your very best to stick to your plan every day, consistently.

Educate yourself on proper diet!

Step 1; educate yourself on the value of a proper diet. Put together a diet high in fiber. FYI, we need somewhere between 30-35 grams of fiber in our diet every day for optimal health. But with the typical western diet, we're lucky if we take in 8-10 grams of fiber a day. Not good, way to low.

You need more fiber!

Maintain a diet high in fiber, low in fat, eat plenty of fresh food, avoid processed and packaged food high in additives and preservatives and eliminate as much fast food as possible. Important, When reading the ingredient list, if there is more than three or four ingredients listed, put it back on the shelf!! If you've never heard of the ingredients...drop it!! If you can't pronounce the words in the ingredient list ...run!!

Do you eat enough fruits and vegetables?

Always prepare a diet plan that includes fresh-water baring foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables ...foods low in fat, particularly LDL cholesterol such as red meat, dairy and eggs.

When you fall off the wagon by visiting your in-laws or outlaws, or you venture to the weekend cookout ...if you're going to eat meat, it's best to try and stick with fish or fowl if at all possible. Chicken or turkey for meat and deep water, saltwater fish, as they are loaded with the essential Omega 3 fatty acids known for lowering the LDL cholesterol.

Try and limit dairy products. Eliminate whole milk, ice cream, whole cheese, pasteurized processed cheese. Limit your eggs to just two or three a week.

Many people have told me, that when they eliminate these foods...they start feeling better as early as two/three weeks after eliminating these foods ...Amazing!!

Avoid chemical additives!

Just one last suggestion, when possible, limit your salt and pickled spices. If you have to have the salt ...pick up some sea salt. Avoid when possible all preservatives and chemical additives such as MSG, sulfites, food color, dyes, and hydrogenated oils. These foods and additives do nothing but add and support the free-radical activities in your system and add plaque to your arterial walls and bond with carcinogens in your system.

Start with committing and taking charge of your life!!

Take charge of your own health...eat as much organic fresh and local food whenever you can. And I'm "sorry" for all you folks out there who have fallen into the fast track "lifestyle habits" of the double cheeseburger, biggie fries and triple size coke after the soccer game!!

As always, the recommendation of the day is...drink plenty of clean, fresh, filtered water and four ounces of stabilized Aloe Vera every day...and above all else, know your supplier.

Like any diet, if you have a specific heath problem or are doctoring at the present time ...we suggest you consult your doctor before starting any diet plan.

      chaser4 ...good to see you again ...Yes, we all have blinders on when we are on a mission. Sometimes our mission is not on the right track.

      Eating well, is like anything that is good for you. You will do it as long as it is not interfering with fun. You know the deal. We all want what we want WHEN we want it...and we don't like anyone to tell us that it is not good for us ....after all, isn't it in the grocery stores and everyone else is eating that stuff.

      Glad you can see the lights and hear the music ...I wish everyone could ...we could change this world.
