Being a beach body coach
When I first decided to become a coach, shakeology was why I wanted to be a coach. Just for being a coach you get 25% off shakeology, which is awesome. I heard about it from my sister and have seen personally how much weight and how it changed her lifestyle. She is now a more active person and makes healthier choices, when it comes to what she eats.
The benefits of Shakeology are endless. I personally have now seen the effects it has on my body and am amazed at what it has done. Since I started drinking it, I have more energy, make healthier food choices, and have clearer skin.
I love the fact that when I am drinking it, in the morning, I am taking my vitamin, probiotic, and meal for the day. Every morning, I get up and work out; then I drink the best meal of the day. Shakeology is an amazing product and is the best meal replacement in the market.
My results so far
Another aspect of being a beach body coach is that you have access to some of the best workout programs you can find. Insanity, P90X, Brazilian Butt Lift, Piyo, and many more are the programs you can have access when you are a coach. I love the fact that you don't have to be an expert to be successful. All you need to do is share your story and inspire others to start theirs.
Personally, I love doing the Brazilian Butt Lift. I guess because I have latin roots, I love the music that goes along with the workout. Usually, I workout five times a week. Even if you don't like working out, once you try one of the programs you are motivated to keep doing and reach your personal goal. Being a coach also makes you that much more motivated to push for those goals.

21 Day Fix without Shakeology

"I started off this program wanting to lose about 30-40 pounds. I pushed myself through eating with the containers and exercising every day. I did not do the 3 day special program or the doubles, and I did not give myself any cheat days. I lost a total of 14 pounds and 13 inches all over my body with the biggest difference in my waist (2.5 inches), hips (3 inches) and thighs (3 inches each). I love the layout of the videos, and I love the motivational messages she has at the beginning of each one. I have not used shakelogy at all. I just cook my meals and stick to very simple meals (like chicken and vegetables). I also try to eat every 2-3 hours, cutting out the yellow and purple containers by 6pm if possible.I am asthmatic and have a weak back and shin splints, so finding a perfect workout program for me has always been difficult. Autumn's videos are perfectly paced and push me without hurting me. Her cardio videos are the most difficult for me because of my asthma, but I am still able to follow Kat, her modifier, for most of the exercises.I am thoroughly pleased with this program and am hoping to lose the rest of the weight in the next couple of sessions. I am just hoping that my weight-loss doesn't plateau."
Why Beach Body?
At the end of the day what would you prefer, eat junk and feel horrible or change your eating habits and become a better and newer version of yourself? Since I started my beach body journey, I feel like a new and improved person. I have the energy to play with my son after work, I have the energy to workout, I no longer feel sluggish and then feel horrible because I am not where I want to be when it comes to my weight. I feel so blessed that someone told me about what beach body is and what it stands for.
I have noticed that the people in beach body are motivators, inspirational, and just love to help people reach their goals. The genuinely want to help you and support you through your journey. Everyday I look in my phone and see those messages and Facebook post that just push me to keep going with my journey. My hope is that through my journey I can motivate you to start your own.
What is Coaching?
Beachbody Coaching is not a get rich quick opportunity.
It is not cash and carry business.
Beachbody Coaching does not include hundreds, or even thousands of product being stored in my house, garage, or basement. (Or, ANY front-loading, for that matter.)
It is not a “the guy at the top makes the most money” – or, whatever one’s warped idea of a “pyramid” is.
Beachbody Coaches don’t hate gyms.
So, then, what exactly is Beachbody Coaching?
This weekend, over dinner, a friend asked me about Beachbody Coaching.
“I looooooooove it.” was what I blurted out. I couldn’t contain myself. (And no, I wasn’t attempting to recruit her.)
And I do. I really do. I looooooooove what I do.
I’m rounding the bend at 45 and as I look back, I have ALWAYS been in some sort of coaching/teaching capacity. My skills are being used – I’m just teaching a different course.
Enough, chatter already. So, what is Coaching?
Coaching is . . . (would you believe the song, “Happiness Is . . .” just ran through my mind?)
- Motivating others to strive for that which they think they can not reach
- Encouraging people to take their fitness journey day by day
- Inviting everyone to be a part of taking their health and fitness back
- Working together as a team with other like-minded Coaches
- Celebrating the successes of both my support group participants AND my Coaches who are now contributing to their family’s income
