Best abdominal lower abs exercises
Gym Ball Plank-
§ Rest weight of elbows on Ball.
§ Hold your body in a straight line from head to heels.
§ Maintain that position for as long as you can.
Gym Ball Jackknife-
§ Hold body in straight line with feet on ball & hand under shoulders.
§ Draw your knees in towards your chest.
§ Return to start without letting your hips sag.
Gym Ball Roll out-
§ Kneel in front of ball & place forearms on top of ball.
§ Roll ball away from you as far as you can, holding your body steady.
§ Return slowly keeping back flat at all times.
Gym Ball Leg scissors-
§ Hold ball off floor between feet.
§ Rotate lower body to one side.
§ Rotate over to other side & repeat back & forth.
Gym Ball Side Plank-
§ Rest one elbow on the Ball.
§ Hold your body in a straight line from head to feet.
§ Maintain that position for as long as you can.
Gym Ballassing V-Sit-
§ Hold body between feet, keeping arms & legs straight.
§ Lift legs & arms together to pass the ball from feet to hands.
§ Lower arms & legs slowly, pass ball back & forth.
Scorpions-
§ Get into press-up position with one foot on ball.
§ Bend other knee & twist body to one side.
§ Twist body to other side bringing knee underneath you.
