Our Health is the most important entity to living a great life. Without good health, we cannot reach our full potential to getting more out of our lives. Everyone wants to know how to live longer, feel better and look great. What if I told you that the answer to that is the result of one thing; balance. Besides exercising, eating right is the single, most relevant action you can take for your entire body. It can be very difficult maintaining a good healthy diet with our busy lives, dealing with work, family and so much more but making simple changes in our daily eating routines can make a tremendous difference. One of the best ways to incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet, is a tool that has been around for so many years; Juicing. People are becoming aware of the great benefits of drinking naturally fresh Juices. Its easy, delicious and it can be done in the comfort of your own home.

Great Juice Recipes

Juice 1 Beet, 2 Carrots, 1 Celery and 1 apple to make a delicious, powerful beverage. Each one of these ingredients are beneficial to maintaining an overall great system. Beets are high in Iron and Potassium, and is very good for the heart.

Citrus Blast is a great Juice for building your Immune system. Juice 2 grapefruits, 1 lemon, and 1 orange you can also add strawberries to give it a great taste. These Citrus fruits are great in Vitamin C.

Skin Glow is a juice that is prodominately great for your skin and body. Juice 2 Cucumbers, 1 yellow or green apple, and Parsley. Parsley is great in key vitamins such as Vitamins A, K and B12.

Last but most definitely not least is The Green Machine, which is a rather potent, popular juice. Juice half a bunch of Kale, 1 Apple, 2 Celery, 1 carrot and a Cucumber. This strong drink provides alot of nutrition. Kale is one the best greens you can eat, it has a tremendous amount of vitamins and lutein which is good for the eyes.

Mini Health Tips for Better Health :

Garlic, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, and Olive leaf extract are great to help lower High Blood Pressure. Always watch your sodium intake and you can make taking Items such as garlic easy by chopping it into a salad or saluted vegetables for a good meal.

Echinacea Tea, and Citrus Fruits are great for building a strong Immune system to combat against colds. Other foods that are good in antioxidants are Alfalfa sprouts , onions and apples.

To help strengthen and Build up the Eye health, Bilberry or blueberry extract, carrots and Gingko Bilbao.

To promote great Heart Health; items such as Oatmeal, Co Q 10 and products containing Omega 3's, such as Cod liver oil, fish and Hawthorn Extract are wonderful for providing the heart and body with the proper nutrition.

All of these items are naturally helpful to maintaining great health. But donot just take my word for It, look it up and see for yourself. Always read labels.
