Camomile baths have a versatile health-improving effect on different parts of the body. It is especially healthy to steam your body with camomile infusion in a sauna.

To prepare camomile infusion brew two tablespoons of dried camomile flowers in a cup of boiling water. Let it stew for 15 minutes, and strain it. Drink this infusion hot three times a day. It helps overcome colds, diarrhea, bowels spasms, meteorism.
