  1. For any activity that you perform, there will be no instructor to check if you are doing your workout correctly.
  2. You are on your own on your diet program. Although every fitness program always includes diet plans in their package, there will be no one to check you out if you are following your diet plan.

You can always choose the right program by learning their diet programs and by reviewing their exercise programs in advance. Choose one that you know you can easily follow. Being able to stick with your program for a long time is the best program that you can choose for yourself. Developing a good diet and exercise habit will give you long term health benefits.

      Hi, yes you are right, its down to you to keep up the exercise, no one to tell you off! lol I started trying, and I mean trying, belly dancing online! ha ha one day, thats all it took to realise it wasn't for me, not surprisingly! lol
