Can You Heal Cavities Naturally with and Alkaline, Nutrient Dense Diet?- Day 4
Day 4 Summary and Progress (High Fat and Alkaline Diet)
On day 4, I did not eat a large variety of food and stuck with the hearty and filling classic, Chili. I add a bit of extra vegetables to my chili to add some additional nutrients. Can you tell it's winter with all the soup I am eating?
Thus far, I have included bone broth into my daily routine and I will have to continue to be creative with it to prevent boredom.
I usually drink quite a bit of tea. I used to have quite the coffee habit, and the only way I could break it was by replacing coffee with tea. Tea is a great way to add antioxidants to the diet. I find it helps when I am craving something sweet as well. Mint or ginger tea can help to reduce those cravings for sweets.
I have not seen a change in my teeth yet, but I am only on day 4. I have noticed that my teeth feel cleaner throughout the day ever since I changed from toothpaste to tooth powder and incorporated oil pulling.
