Ivory is a nutritional enthusiast and enjoys cooking for health. I love using food as medicine.

The Last Few Days In Summary

This week I had quite the sweet tooth. I tried to battle it with fruit. I made large portions of my meals so they would last throughout the week. It was easy to incorporate the bone broth in these recipes making the daily intake of bone broth easy. So far I have had no troubles maintaining this. I also like making larger portions because I get quite sick of cooking so constantly. It can feel like you are always in the kitchen!

Today I purchased additional supplements online that a packed full of the necessary vitamins and minerals needed to help remineralize my teeth. I will begin adding these to my daily supplements. It will be interesting to see how easy it will be to battle this sweet tooth for the remainder of the 30 days, or potentially longer, if need be.
