What is cancer?

Cancer is a disorder that can begin in any part of your body, then grow and spread throughout the body in no time. How could you fight against cancer basically depends on the physical and mental condition and the way your diet is organized. Body strength can fight against cancer so long as you give the right support to it. Here many neglect the fact being in an unpolluted environment, but unfortunately having addicted to our busy lifestyles, we all have embraced with environmental pollution, the fatal factor in our lives.

Cancer, the word people don't like to hear most, the disease that highly sophisticated modern world could still not completely cure (or the truth of healing it is not revealed to the world due to some factors) has still been grinning at us. As a result the wide spread myths about cancer and psychological games kill patients, even before they are diagnosed and made 100% sure as cancer patients. To fight against any disease you need a very strong mentality. If you are mentally down your body will not fight against anything. My aunt and grandfather are perfect examples when it comes to mental strength against cancer. They both have been with cancer for over 4 years. They both think positively, get their regular exercises and practice many things apart from the average medicine for cancer, and stay healthier than the other members of the family . Both eat a lot of fresh, tropical fruit. Sri Lanka is a tropical country benefited with a huge diversity of fruits. I feel more than medicine the regular fruits keep them lively and strong since the count of cancer cells are getting reduced day by day although they have stopped chemo therapy. These fruits are known to cure many diseases according to local aruvedic recipies. Most of the sour fruits are now known to fight against the cancer.
