4 Ingrediant Chocolate-Avocado Protein Smoothie
Packed with nutrition, protein, healthy fats, and is considered 100% vegan! A great breakfast smoothy to boost your energy and keep you going throughout the day. Although it is not particularly sweet, it also works great as a dessert smoothy.
If you're interested in bringing out extra flavour, add a pinch of salt before blending in order to bring out the chocolatey flavour.
- 1 Large Avocado, sliced
- 2 Bananas, sliced
- 1 cup Coconut/Almond/Cashew Milk
- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder, (Vega Chocolate powder works well)
- Slice bananas and avocado, then place them into a blender.
- Add the scoop of protein powder and cup of coconut/almond/cashew milk.
- Blend until smooth, or until consistency of your choosing. To make the consistency more like pudding, add only 1/2 a cup of liquid.
- Poor smoothy into cup, bowl, mason jar, or mug. Add nuts or chia seeds on top for extra flavour.
