For those who prefer a more natural treatment method, it is a great way to improve your overall health without taking medications. These simple ingredients are not only a cheaper way to receive relief from various health problems, but also much tastier than pills and syrups. Cinnamon and honey taken together, in any ratio, can solve the health problems of an upset stomach, gas, influenza, and stomach cancer, as well as strengthening the immune system.

Bladder Infections

Studies have shown that mixing two tablespoons of cinnamon and one teaspoon of honey into a glass of warm water can help clear bladder infections by destroying germs in the bladder.
