Are you a coffee lover? Do you have to drink at least a cup of coffee per day? Most people are commonly associated with the knowledge that coffee keep us awake and that drinking coffee before heading to bed would makes it difficult for us to fall asleep. Yes, this basic information is correct.

Coffee lowers the risk of:

  • Skin Cancer
  • Colon Cancer
  • Parkinson’s Disease

Here is a cool fact that you might not know about. Coffee is good for the skin. It frees us from the different radicals that could cause acne, eczema, and other skin diseases. In addition, coffee acts as sun block in preventing sunburn and wrinkles. We all know that coffee has caffeine.

Unfortunately, caffeine has its cons. One of the cons is a decreased in the flow of blood to the heart. As a result, it raises the blood pressure. Caffeine is a mild diuretic, that is, makes people go to the bathroom more often or known as dehydration. Try to drink a cup of coffee per day, don’t over-drink it.
