Could Morning Sex Make You More Productive?

Updated on January 14, 2012

According to several studies preformed in various parts of the globe, Morning Sex is the best way to start your day on a healthy and happy note.

More specifically, they are suggesting that 7:30 AM is that special time when you should connect with your special someone. 7:30 Am is apparently the magic number for sensitivity, climax and conception. So keep that magic number in mind!

A strong boost to your day

The simple act of enjoying your carnal pre-day sessions, allows you to capitalize on a natural boost of hormones and adrenaline that already rushes through the body when you wake up. By adding (or continuing) morning sex, you'll give yourself a smooth edge on that adrenaline and make it last longer, as well as adding extra feel good endorphins to your sultry cocktail.

Could morning love making really make you more productive?

If you think about it, anything that get's you out of bed on the happy side, is going to set you down the path of success for that day. Adrenaline + Endorphins + Fond memories of that morning = a FANTASTIC day. You'll be ready to take on anything that comes at you according to several researchers in Italy and a few sex therapists in various places.

And who wouldn't love that?

What do you think? Can morning sex make you more productive?

Definitely Um, so long as you know what your personal boundaries are. Meaning that if you are just doing a FWB thing, that you won't want to get hooked up n the emotional side, cause that will create stress instead of release it. If you are going from single to monogamous, it could still be very stress relieving and help you be more productive so long as you remember to focus on yourself and not your partners emotional situation.
