if you loose out your patience. You lost everything. No one wants to be your friend. You need to be in control of yourself. To keep your friends, work, hobbies and entertainment. It is better to be calm and relax.To carry on daily task. Including your hygiene.Your life and the life of others depend on your calm behaviour. You need to concentrate on your driving. When you make a telephone call remember to use correct words and be pleasant. If you are not calm, it is useless to continue with any task.Because you might break things around you, or hurt yourself. Being in control of your life. It is the best thing.You can do.Life is pleasant when you have patient. Because with your control managing things is easy.

Smile The Key To Your Success.

Smile is a priority in the life of a person.Your friendly mind will take you any place. You want to go if you believe in yourself. A pleasant personality atracts the same positive people. When a group of positive mind get together . The result is good. Because everything is good. You feel good.Your mind starts developing good thought.And you gain your patient back.

There are a lot of conditions that people have in their bodies that requiered medical attention. Those need to seek for medical advice and solutions.Example , Bipolar disorder.

Tips To a Better Conduct.

  1. You need to find a quiet place to live free of noise.
  2. Eating the right food is good too.
  3. Going for a walk to the Mall, or going to the Gym is good for you.
  4. You need to find out things that you like ,and you do it.
  5. You can decorate your house. Rearrange things to have different sets.
  6. Plan your time to do things, and give yourself enough time for your task.
  7. You need to find out your bad habits. Work on your bad habits and try to fix them for good habits. You can join a church or a club.
  8. Look around your house and inside your house. Sometimes fumes are the cause of bad temper. For example, paints, sprays, cleaners, and other fumes around your house.
  9. you need to balance your emotions, and you need to control your mind to be calm around other people.

A good movie can make laugh. Comedy movies are good.

Things To Relax.

1 Take a warm bath. Keep your bathtub half with water in case your fall at sleep. Make sure you do not sink inside the bathtub completely.

2 Make sure. You are big enough for the bathtub.

3 Have a warm tea. Or a cup of warm milk.

4 Listen to classical music.

It does take a little bit of time for the software to review your work, but it catches things very quickly. To me, it is like having a buddy edit my writing.       I do agree that it is very important to seek ways to live well and find peace and harmony in our daily lives. Many of your tips should prove useful. I also find that plenty of exercise - be that a walk in the park, jogging or swimming, or even just some work in the garden, all contribute to a healthier, happier lifestyle.
