It is important to challenge yourself if you want to achieve personal growth. Stepping out of the comfort zone and pushing your limits is a fun and interesting way to achieve your goals, improve your lifestyle and kick bad habits. However, you could try it just for fun, to test your persistence, which is, for most people, the main problem. It is easy to make resolutions, but how to stick to them regularly, and not to get bored while doing it? There are plenty of monthly challenges out there and you should pick one, follow the instructions and be persistent-every single day. Here are some interesting challenges:

Yoga challenge

This kind of challenge is probably the most popular one, especially the ones on Instagram app and there are really tons of them. By posting photos of a given daily pose you are forced to be commited. In that way, you can track your progress and even win some cool things like leggings and other yoga equipment.

Fitness challenge

If yoga is not your thing, there are all kinds of fitness challenge that are very popular. The possibilities are numerous, and all you need is strong will and a little bit of your time. Here are some of them:
